Workshop registrations
A console program that loads workshops, participants and registrations from text files and reports average scores.
- A single Manager class (a singleton) loads the three files once and holds all the data.
- Grouped the registrations by participant and by workshop with streams, wrote a summary of the average score per workshop and one report per participant.
- Computed the same averages again with one thread per workshop and saved them to a second report.
