Player score analysis
A console program that reads players, teams and scores from CSV files and answers questions about them with streams.
- Dropped scores for teams that don't exist and printed a warning for each.
- Answered four questions with streams and collections: who scored at least once, who scored most against one team, whose score count doesn't match, and who scored most in total. The last one runs on a separate thread.
